FEES AND ACCOMMODATION (RESERVATIONS)
1. Mandatory registration fee for participating in the congress: 80,00 BGN or 41,00 Euro.
The registration fee provides:
- Badge with participant’s names;
- Congress bag with congress book, program and other congress issues;
- Free access to the congress halls, exhibition area, coffee-brakes, lunch, cocktail, official closing dinner.
- Certificate for attendance.
2. Accommodation (reservation):
Participants make reservation for accommodation in the “NOVOTEL” hotel on their own at preferential prices for participants only.
3. Payment:
Registration fee
Deadline for payment of registration fee of authors whose materials are approved for publication and presentation is 17.09.2014 г.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to IBAN BG49UBBS82411017913910, UBBSBGSF UBB Branch in Pazardzik, account holder- National association of general practitioners in Bulgaria. Please, send to the congress e-mail a copy of a document, confirming the bank transfer.
Please note that the abstract will not be published or presentations included in the congress program until confirmation for paying a register fee from the author is received by the scientific committee!
Other participants may pay the registration fee by bank transfer to the upper bank account till 02.11.2014 or at the registration desk at arrival.
Those participants, who have paid by bank transfer, should show a copy of it for confirmation at the registration desk.

Price: Single room (BB)- 80.00 BGN or 41.00 Euro, Double room (BB)- 120.00 BGN or 62 Euro. Tourist tax also included.
There is no difference in prices for Bulgarians or participants from abroad.
Participants make reservation for accommodation in the “NOVOTEL” hotel on their own using the contacts listed above!
Paying in advance will guarantee your accommodation at the venue.
