| 31 July 2014 | Sending application form and abstracts (summaries) of reports, cases from practice, posters. |
| 17 August 2014 | Receiving notification from the scientific committee about approved for participation reports, issues, cases and posters, which abstracts will be published in the Congress book, as well as the form of presentation accepted- oral (PPP) or poster. |
| 17 September 2014 | Deadline for payment of registration fee of authors whose materials are approved. |
| 20 October 2014 | Publication of the final Congress program. |
